okay, we have this apparently very confusing 'kinship'.
Ben, the guy in blue whom i'm sitting beside of, is the Father.
the other 3 girls sitting on the chairs, are apparently his Daughters.
(i forgot what position Timothy holds O_O)
the guy in the cap (Xiao Qiang), as well as the girl sitting down at the outermost left (Shijia),
are Husband & Wife.
which makes Xiao Qiang, Ben's Son-in-Law.
which leaves Ellialyn, the resident Maid, Maria.
&&&&. Fenyi (not in picture) is Xiao Qiang's Mother.
so Fenyi & Ben are In-Laws.
