what i learnt from Michael today:

freestyle, is not actually 'free'.
we are restricted by the music,
by the style,
by the 8-count rhythm,
by the technicalities of the dance style.
mmm. makes sense.

so maybe it's how we deal with these restrictions
that makes your freestyle interesting?
hmmmmmmm.

but of course,
must be clean.
& confident.
& sure of your stuff.
so the bottom line is:
PRACTICE.
