today was a relatively short but good practice.
everybody put in their effort. i like (:
(although it might be because Ann was there...)
hahahaha.

& then the talk afterwards..
it isn't the 'Danzation is coming please buck up' kind of talk,
but more like just sharing.
so it's pretty nice (:

change, is inevitable.
& it's what brings about growth.
& we're all changing.
slowly, but surely.

yesterday i felt joy.
right from my heart.
it was amazing.

today i felt it again.
