31 December 2008.
the last, final day of 2008.
am looking through all my old posts from the beginning of this year.
haha. quite interesting.
a lot of stuff happened.
hmmmm.

so every year i do this.
this year is no exception. haha.

so a lot of people don't know, but I GRADUATED AT SEC 4.
okay. okay. okay.
i went on to JC for one year. Meridian. 2007.
which was pretty wasted. haha.
long story.
so after a whole lot of unhappy crap,
(which basically is the entire education system &... stuff.)
i WITHDREW. not dropped out. WITHDREW.
i got promoted (hahaha. everyone hates me for this.) but i chose to not continue.
OKAY. lol.

but that was 2007.

so continuing on to this year..
1 January 2008 was spent OOGLING AT FIREWORKS!
& squeezing with bangalas HAHAHA.
ohman i can still remember it.
countdown what. lol.
was a good/bad experience.
hahaha.

not funny.

okay so. hmm.
the first major event that happened this year was MJ Dance Society's concert,
called Elysium,
which actually was the club's name but.. ahh long story again haha.
it was held in February, so actually from i think October/November 2007 we started preparing.
i was choreographer haha! for Locking.
yea. was quite a good experience. (:
first time choreographing Locking.
had help from YN & KS also. (:
(by the way KS wahh that time i was damn pissed with you because you kept complaining!
LOL. but anyway thanks a lot.
solo Popping ehh not bad la. haha.)
hmm. what happened...
oh yea. at first each of us only had like a limit of.. 3 dances?
which was stupid. really stupid.
because in the end a lot of people had 5. & the teacher I/Cs allowed.
so did Zaki & E-Chiing. LOL.
so yea. i had 5 dances too. Lock, Hiphop, Contemp, Zaki's & E-Chiing's.
i remember getting scolded,
yelled at,
climbing over the school gate because we left the place too late,
(at that time i was pretty free because NO SCHOOL WHAT. hahaha!)
getting pissed,
being sad,
.. ahh a lot of things.

eventually MJ Dance did it. lol.
debut concert.
the first JC this year to hold a concert.
& it apparently was super good!
because it stressed VJ up. hahaha.
& so it ended my time with MJ Dance.
hmmm.

oddly enough i'm not entirely missing it.
it's been good. but not super enjoyable
because school was extremely hard to juggle with at that point in time.
hahh.
let's just say.. emotionally-wise i wasn't strong enough,
& yes, dance was stressing me up.
so...
yea.

in between that there was L SAVES THE WORLD!!!! =D
whoohooooo. i watched it with Joanna =D
(& i have all 3 Death Note movies. hehhehheh.)
& in between that i got accepted into NP (:
yayyy good news lol.

hmm. the next big thing would be..
WZ Recital (:
i remember being stressed for the auditions,
because of what everyone else said about it.
(i went for the second day's. lol.)
& of course i was nervous.
auditions! sure nervous please.
i hate auditions \=
but anyway, everyone got through HAHAHAHA.
Bryan's, Ishi's, & Lock/Waack.
OMG HAHA. REHEARSALS. OMG.
damn tiring! especially for Bryan's.
because his rehearsals were after his Saturday classes,
which are DAMN tiring because they're all Beginner/Advanced Beginner level.
& no, his Beginner is actually Advanced & his Advanced is actually Intermediate.
so you can imagine how shagged we all were xD
plusssss his rehearsals always end at like.. 10-ish.
SUPER DRAINING.
& we always get scolded by him. because of his perfectionist character.
so... yea. tried like damn hard not to get scolded by him.
LOL.
oh, & actually at first i was in. then i wasn't. then i was sad.
then i was in again. HAHA. i forgot why.
but i was in. & i was really happy! =D

Ishi's one was.. hm. a lot of complicated stuff.
but..
ahh never mind. haha (x

LOCK/WAACK WAS THE BESTTTT!
because we always have a lot of fun!!!
REMEBER. 12 SECONDS. HAHAHAHA.
ohman. awesome collaboration.

at first we struggled with costumes.
then decided to wear different character's.
i was supposed to be an Afro person. LOL.
but.. couldn't find costume.
so in the end, almost last minute, i ended up being a cheerleader.
(save the cheerleader, save the world!)
ah. so had rehearsals & stuff,
then finally it was at UCC.
(hello NRA. hahaha.)
i remember hating the technicians because they were damn unprofessional!!!
SERIOUS. got damn pissed off.
but. yadayada. finally it was show day =D
7 & 8 June 2008 (:
hahaha. a lot of funny stuff happened also xD
like that time we were playing with the teddy bears then PJ came up.
LOLLL. i think Loretta & i nearly had spasms.
& the.. Melise in the bag thing.
I HADN'T FINISHED TALKING OMG.

first day was fineee.
second day i got pissed off. because of my shoe.

long story. LOL.
but AHHHAHAHA LOCK/WAACK SAVED THE DAYYYYYY!
=D i tell you. EVERYBODY LOVED THAT ITEM. WHOOOO.
& we had the loudest cheersssss HAHAH dammmmn dammmn dammmmmmn shiok.

ohyea, before all this, school started for me.
& then i got into NRA.
at first very sian. because i had rehearsals for WZ.
so had to juggle.
& then THERE WAS SO MANY PEOPLE OMG.
& the only other people i knew were Sijia & Melise.
& Alene too but we weren't in the same group ):
haha. (Christine i talked to you first =D)
& no, i don't talk to people easily. (i am not dao. -_-)
so... yea. haha.
but! i knew faces from WZ. LOL.
actually can't remember got who also.

Jun Chao (HE SCARES MEEEE)

oh yea there was Daphne too because i remember she had to be interviewed on..
the second day? hmmm yea.

ahh. ya. so. the point is.
i got accepted into NRA =D

oh, & so WZ makes my first production with NRA.
even though my main was SW at that time.
ahha. cool eh.

after WZ,
i was damn tired.
lol.
because i kept dancing.
but i couldn't really rest well.
because of NRA. hahaha.
after freshie camp & everything,
it was DANZATIONNN.
so exciting right.
hahaha =D
which you can actually read the entire process from my archives.
LOL.
(i'm just lazy to type every single detail out. again.)

but i just want to say,
Danzation is seriously the best production i've been in.

& i think i lost weight too because my mum kept saying i'm skinnier.

seriously damn happy.
& so.. 2008 has been a super eventful year.
which i'm actually very grateful for because this year..
i really grew a lot.
in person & in dance.

i prayed for a breakthrough in my dance for 2008.
&.. it really has been a huge breakthrough.

& i really believe Danzation is super symbolic.
SERIOUS.

hahaha.

of course there were downs.
but..
nah never mind. let's make this a happy post hehheh.

but it's alright.
LOL. just wanted to go through this year again. (:

2009.
will be an interesting year.
because a lot of my guy friends are going to NS HAHAHA.
